This Shipping Policy explains how shipping, delivery, lost packages, delayed packages, incorrect addresses, and international orders are handled for purchases made through omfusionusa.com, operated by OM FUSION LLC (“OM FUSION,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By placing an order on our website, you agree to this Shipping Policy, our Terms of Use, Refund Policy, and any additional terms displayed at checkout.

1. Shipping Locations

We primarily ship orders within the United States.

We may, at our discretion, offer shipping to other countries or regions. International shipping availability may vary based on product type, destination country, carrier availability, customs restrictions, regulatory requirements, and other factors.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or restrict orders to certain locations if we believe shipping to that location may create legal, regulatory, customs, fraud, payment, delivery, or product safety concerns.

2. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed during regular business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Processing times are estimates only and may vary depending on product availability, order volume, payment review, fraud screening, carrier pickup schedules, holidays, weather, fulfillment delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

An order confirmation email does not mean that your order has shipped. You will usually receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information after your order has been processed and shipped.

3. Shipping Times Are Estimates

Shipping times displayed on our website, at checkout, in order confirmations, or in shipping notifications are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless we expressly state otherwise in writing.

OM FUSION is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, customs delays, holiday delays, incorrect routing, failed delivery attempts, or delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates, available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and any free shipping offers will be displayed at checkout when available.

Shipping rates may vary based on:

OM FUSION is not responsible for orders that are lost, delayed, returned, misdelivered, or undeliverable because the customer provided incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable shipping information.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at info@omfusionusa.com. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to change the address after an order has been placed or processed.

7. Returned or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, incomplete address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, unclaimed package, carrier issue, or customer error, we may, at our discretion:

  • cancel the order;

  • issue store credit;

  • reship the order at the customer’s expense;

  • refund the product cost minus original shipping costs, return shipping costs, handling costs, and any other non-refundable charges, if applicable and permitted by law.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law or unless we determine that the issue was caused by our error.

We are not responsible for packages that are abandoned, refused, unclaimed, or returned due to customer error.

8. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you may receive tracking information by email or through your customer account.

Tracking information may take time to update after the carrier receives the package.

We are not responsible for carrier scanning delays, tracking errors, tracking gaps, or carrier website issues.

If tracking has not updated for several business days, you may contact the carrier directly or contact us at info@omfusionusa.com for assistance.

9. Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows that your package was delivered, but you did not receive it, please first check:

  • your mailbox;

  • front door;

  • porch;

  • garage;

  • side door;

  • parcel locker;

  • mailroom;

  • building office;

  • front desk;

  • neighbors;

  • household members;

  • local carrier office.

If you still cannot locate the package, contact us at info@omfusionusa.com within 7 days of the delivery date.

We may require additional information, including:

  • order number;

  • tracking number;

  • delivery address confirmation;

  • carrier claim information;

  • written statement from the customer;

  • police report or theft report if applicable;

  • any other documentation reasonably requested.

If tracking confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout, OM FUSION is not responsible for theft, loss, misplacement, or failure to retrieve the package after delivery.

We may, at our discretion, assist with a carrier claim, replacement, store credit, or other resolution, but we are not obligated to issue a refund or replacement for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

10. Lost Packages

If tracking does not show delivery and the package appears lost in transit, contact us at info@omfusionusa.com.

We may ask you to wait until the carrier’s required claim or investigation period has passed before we determine whether a replacement, store credit, or refund is appropriate.

If we approve a lost package claim, our sole obligation will be, at our discretion, to provide one of the following:

  • replacement of the affected item;

  • store credit;

  • partial refund;

  • refund of the affected item.

We reserve the right to deny claims that appear fraudulent, abusive, repetitive, unsupported, or inconsistent with carrier records.

11. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us at info@omfusionusa.com within 7 days of delivery.

Your message must include:

  • order number;

  • clear photos of the damaged product;

  • clear photos of the shipping box;

  • clear photos of packing materials;

  • clear photos of the shipping label;

  • a description of the issue.

Please keep the product, packaging, and shipping materials until the claim is reviewed. We may need them for carrier or quality control purposes.

If your claim is approved, we may provide a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or refund of the affected item, at our discretion.

12. Wrong or Missing Items

If you received the wrong item or an item is missing from your order, contact us at info@omfusionusa.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, photos of the items received, photos of the packing materials, and a description of the issue.

If your claim is approved, we may provide a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or refund of the affected item, at our discretion.

We may deny claims submitted after 7 days from delivery.

13. Shipping Delays and Unshipped Orders

We aim to ship orders within the timeframe displayed on our website, checkout page, order confirmation, or shipping notice.

If we are unable to ship your order within the promised timeframe, or if no specific shipping timeframe was provided and we cannot ship within the time required by applicable law, we may contact you with a revised shipping estimate.

If your order has not shipped and you do not wish to accept the revised shipping estimate, you may request cancellation of the unshipped portion of the order and a refund for the unshipped items.

If we determine that we cannot fulfill your order, we may cancel the order and issue a refund for the unshipped items.

14. Split Shipments

We may ship items in separate packages or separate shipments depending on product availability, warehouse location, carrier availability, order size, or fulfillment needs.

If your order is shipped in multiple packages, you may receive more than one tracking number.

A partial shipment does not mean the remaining items have been canceled unless we notify you.

15. Order Cancellation Before Shipment

We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been placed, processed, packed, fulfilled, or shipped.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, it will be subject to our Refund Policy.

16. International Shipping

If we ship products outside the United States, you are responsible for ensuring that the product can legally be imported, purchased, possessed, and used in your country.

Dietary supplement laws vary by country. A product that is legal in the United States may be restricted, prohibited, delayed, or subject to additional requirements in another country.

OM FUSION is not responsible if an international order is delayed, rejected, seized, destroyed, returned, or restricted by customs or local authorities.

International shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, VAT, tariffs, brokerage fees, and similar charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

17. Refused International Packages

If an international package is refused, unclaimed, returned, seized, destroyed, or rejected by customs, we are not responsible for refunding shipping fees, customs fees, duties, taxes, VAT, tariffs, brokerage fees, or other third-party charges.

If the product is returned to us in resellable condition, we may, at our discretion, issue a refund or store credit for the product cost minus shipping costs, return costs, customs-related fees, handling fees, and other non-refundable charges.

Opened, damaged, unsealed, used, or non-resellable supplement products are not eligible for refund.

18. Risk of Loss

To the extent permitted by applicable law, risk of loss may pass to the customer when the order is transferred to the shipping carrier.

However, nothing in this Shipping Policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

19. Fraud, Abuse, and Shipping Claim Misuse

We reserve the right to investigate suspected fraud, shipping abuse, refund abuse, chargeback abuse, reshipment abuse, false delivery claims, false damage claims, repeated missing package claims, unauthorized resale, or other misuse of our policies.

We may deny shipping claims, refunds, replacements, store credits, discounts, future orders, or customer support requests if we believe a claim is fraudulent, abusive, excessive, unsupported, or inconsistent with this Shipping Policy.

We may provide relevant order records, tracking information, delivery confirmations, customer communications, photos, claim history, and other evidence to carriers, payment processors, banks, platforms, or law enforcement.

The updated policy will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. The Shipping Policy in effect at the time of purchase will generally apply to that purchase, unless otherwise required by law.
