This Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, replacements, and order issues are handled for purchases made through omfusionusa.com, operated by OM FUSION LLC (“OM FUSION,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By placing an order on our website, you agree to this Refund Policy, our Terms of Use, and any additional terms displayed at checkout.

1. Dietary Supplement Products

OM FUSION sells dietary supplement products. Due to the nature of dietary supplements, product safety, quality control, tamper concerns, and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of opened, used, partially used, damaged after delivery, or unsealed products.

Once a supplement product has been opened or the safety seal has been broken, the product cannot be returned, exchanged, refunded, or resold.

2. No Money-Back Guarantee

Unless we expressly state otherwise in writing for a specific promotion or product, OM FUSION does not offer a money-back guarantee, satisfaction guarantee, results guarantee, health guarantee, or performance guarantee.

We do not provide refunds because a customer:

  • did not experience a specific result;

  • did not like the taste, smell, capsule size, texture, routine, or serving format;

  • changed their mind after purchase;

  • ordered the wrong product;

  • no longer wants the product;

  • used the product inconsistently;

  • expected a medical, wellness, beauty, fitness, or lifestyle outcome;

  • purchased more than they intended;

  • failed to read product details, ingredients, warnings, directions, or this Refund Policy before purchasing.

Individual results may vary. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

3. All Sales Are Final

All sales are final unless:

  • we shipped the wrong item;

  • the product arrived damaged;

  • an item was missing from your order;

  • the order was not shipped and a refund is required under applicable law;

  • we approve a return or refund in writing at our sole discretion.

We reserve the right to refuse any return, refund, replacement, or exchange request that does not meet this Refund Policy.

4. Opened Products Are Not Eligible for Refunds

Opened products are not eligible for return, refund, replacement, or exchange.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • opened bottles;

  • broken or removed safety seals;

  • used products;

  • partially used products;

  • empty bottles;

  • products damaged after delivery;

  • products returned without original packaging;

  • products returned without prior written authorization from OM FUSION.

Please do not send opened products back to us unless we specifically request them in writing.

5. Unopened Products

We generally do not accept returns for unopened products unless we approve the return in writing.

If we choose to approve a return, the product must be:

  • unopened;

  • unused;

  • sealed;

  • in its original packaging;

  • in the same condition in which it was received;

  • returned with proof of purchase;

  • returned only after written authorization from OM FUSION.

Approval of a return in one case does not require us to approve any future return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless we determine that the return is due to our error.

Original shipping charges, expedited shipping charges, handling fees, international shipping charges, duties, tariffs, VAT, customs charges, and similar fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

6. Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing an item, you must contact us at info@omfusionusa.com within 7 days of delivery.

Your message must include:

  • your full name;

  • order number;

  • email address used for the order;

  • clear description of the issue;

  • photos of the product;

  • photos of the shipping box;

  • photos of the packing materials;

  • photos of the shipping label;

  • any other information we reasonably request.

We may deny claims submitted after 7 days from delivery.

If your claim is approved, our sole obligation will be, at our discretion, to provide one of the following:

  • replacement of the affected item;

  • store credit;

  • partial refund;

  • refund of the affected item.

We do not guarantee that a replacement will be available.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Undeliverable Packages

Shipping times and delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, payment review, customs, fulfillment delays, or circumstances outside our control.

If tracking shows that your order was delivered, but you claim you did not receive it, we may require you to contact the carrier, check with household members, neighbors, building management, front desk, mailroom, parcel locker, or local delivery office before we review the claim.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, unclaimed package, or customer error, we may, at our discretion, offer reshipment at the customer’s expense.

8. Shipping Delays and Unshipped Orders

We aim to ship orders within the timeframe displayed on our website, checkout page, order confirmation, or shipping policy.

If we are unable to ship your order within the promised timeframe, or if no timeframe was provided and we cannot ship within the time required by applicable law, we may contact you with a revised shipping estimate and allow you to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped portion of the order for a refund.

If we are unable to fulfill your order, we may cancel the order and issue a refund for the unshipped items.

9. International Orders

We primarily sell and ship within the United States. If we ship outside the United States, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the product can legally be imported, purchased, possessed, and used in the destination country.

International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, tariffs, brokerage fees, customs delays, seizures, refusals, or restrictions.

We are not responsible if an international order is delayed, rejected, seized, destroyed, returned, or restricted by customs or local authorities.

International shipping fees, customs fees, duties, taxes, VAT, tariffs, and similar charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

10. Subscriptions and Recurring Orders

If subscription or auto-renewal options are offered, subscription orders are subject to the subscription terms disclosed at the time of purchase.

Cancellation of a subscription stops future recurring charges but does not automatically cancel, refund, or return orders that have already been processed, charged, or shipped.

Customers are responsible for canceling, pausing, or modifying subscriptions before the next renewal order is processed.

Opened subscription products are not eligible for return or refund.

11. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

We reserve the right to investigate suspected fraud, refund abuse, chargeback abuse, coupon abuse, reshipment abuse, false claims, or policy misuse.

We may provide order records, tracking information, delivery confirmation, customer communications, product policy disclosures, and other evidence to payment processors, banks, platforms, carriers, or law enforcement.

If you believe you experienced an adverse reaction or safety issue related to one of our products, stop using the product immediately and consult a qualified healthcare professional.
